Submission Procedure for TSA chapters participating in LEAP Legacy Chapter:
  • Please review the guidelines and obtain forms at http://www.tsaweb.org/LEAP-legacy-chapter
  • LEAP Legacy Chapter Portfolios and supporting materials must be submitted electronically no later than March 31st, 2018.
  • The TSA advisor for the chapter must submit the entry.
  • The submitting advisor will receive an automatic email verifying that the submission has been received.  If you do not receive an email verification within an hour of submitting, please contact Maria Raza (mraza@tsaweb.org) or call 1-888-860-9010.

Directions for uploading supporting documents:

Supporting documents must accompany the completed Activity Summary and Evidence template and serve as evidence of the chapter’s LEAP Legacy Chapter activities. A minimum of two (2) activities with two (2) corresponding evidence-supporting documents for each Student Leadership Challenge practice must be provided. Supporting document file names must reference the Student Leadership Challenge practice they support. For example, documents provided as evidence for activities that support the Model The Way practice, could be named MTW1, MTW2 and so forth. It must be clear what supporting documents apply to each of the Five Practices. Please 3 ensure that the file names of documents clearly indicate which Student Leadership Challenge practice are supported.
